We’ll provide you with a questionnaire to complete and submit before your consultation in order to get a better understanding of your challenges and goals. This allows us to prepare tailored advice, ensuring you get the most out of the session.
1-hour online consultation with rosie
During your consultation we'll address the key issues raised in your questionnaire, offering clear and personalised suggestions that you can put into action.
follow-up summary
After the consultation, you’ll receive a written summary of the key points discussed, along with a list of recommended 'next steps' to take in order to implement the changes.
